Artisan Account

What is an Artisan Account?

An Artisan Account provides additional discounts of up to 20% off our pricing as well as extra website features for customers that maintain a certain quantity of items ordered over the last 90 days.

The additional discounts available are:

  • 10% off to customers with a 90 day order history of 1,500 pieces or more
  • 15% off to customers with a 90 day order history of 3,000 pieces or more
  • 20% off to customers with a 90 day order history of 4,500 pieces or more.

The additional website features available are:

  • At-a-glance stock overview pages showing real-time availability for all colours, sizes, and grades, making it easier to see what pieces are in stock and ready to ship today
  • Priority restock notification emails to inform you as soon as out-of-stock items are replenished.

Artisan Accounts are applied to standard customer accounts automatically where a minimum of 1,500 pieces have been ordered online from the last 90 day period. Orders can be for any size, colour, or grade. Artisan Account status is removed once the 90 day order history total falls below the 1,500 piece threshold.

How can I apply for an Artisan Account?

Artisan Accounts are activated automatically when a minimum of 1,500 pieces have been ordered online over the last 90 day period. Orders can be for any size, colour, or grade. The Artisan Account status is removed once the 90 day order history total falls below 1,500 pieces.

How do I know if I have an Artisan Account?

What savings are available?

The additional discounts applied to Artisan Accounts are:

  • A saving of 10% to customers with a 90 day order history of 1,500 pieces or more
  • A saving of 15% to customers with a 90 day order history of 3,000 pieces or more
  • A saving of 20% to customers with a 90 day order history of 4,500 pieces or more.

Restock Notifications

What are restock notifications?

If an item (a specific size, colour, and grade) is out of stock we are most likely in the process of making more. A restock notification will notify you once new stock is added and available to ship.

All customers can register to receive a restock notification email, however emails are sent to Artisan Account holders first once new stock is added.

How do I manage my restock notifications?

Restock notifications can be created on the page of the item you would like to notified about. They can be managed in the Restock Notifications section in your Account.
