An Artisan Account provides additional discounts of up to 20% off our pricing as well as extra website features for customers that maintain a certain quantity of items ordered over the last 90 days.
The additional discounts available are:

90 days | 3,000 pieces | 15% off |
90 days | 4,500 pieces | 20% off |
The additional website features available are:
Artisan Accounts are applied to standard customer accounts automatically where a minimum of 1,500 pieces have been ordered online from the last 90 day period. Orders can be for any size, colour, or grade. Artisan Account status is removed once the 90 day order history total falls below the 1,500 piece threshold.
You can view the status of your account, how many pieces you have in your 90 day order history, and the discount that is being applied on the Account page.

If an item (a specific size, colour, and grade) is out of stock we are most likely in the process of making more. A restock notification will notify you once new stock is added and available to ship.
All customers can register to receive a restock notification email, however emails are sent to Artisan Account holders first once new stock is added.
Restock notifications can be created on the page of the item you would like to notified about. They can be managed in the Restock Notifications section in your Account.
